If the main beams break down in five years, we will produce a new one for you, for FREE!
The warranty for the axles is five years!
If important parts of the semi trailer are broken within five years, we will give you free parts to replace them
The warranty of semi trailer tires is half a year!
1. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 30 days, effective from the date the vehicle is loaded and shipped from the Chinese port. The warranty applies during overseas transportation and normal operation.
2. Warranty Coverage
(Under normal use, without overloading, collision, or misuse — free repair service or replacement parts provided)
Covered components include:
- Main chassis frame, axles, bearings, and wheel hubs
- Brake drums, brake chambers, and the complete braking system
- Suspension system, leaf springs, landing gear, and king pin
- ABS system and air brake pipelines
3. Exclusions from Warranty
(Customer’s responsibility)
The following consumable or wear-and-tear parts are not covered:
- Tires, brake pads, cargo floor panels, side panels, lights, electrical wiring, bolts, and other consumables
Damage caused by overloading, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or transportation-related misuse is also excluded from warranty coverage.
4. Vehicle Condition & Documentation Guarantee
- No major accidents, flood damage, or fire damage
- Main chassis frame free from welding cracks or structural damage
- Complete legal documentation provided for normal customs clearance and operation
- Full inspection and testing completed before shipment, including brakes and lighting systems
5. After-Sales Service
During the warranty period, for major component failures, we will provide replacement parts free of charge. Installation shall be carried out locally by the customer.
All issues identified before shipment are fully handled by our side. After arrival and normal operation, routine wear and maintenance become the customer’s responsibility.
